Refund & Exchange Policy
At Ornamentory, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain hygiene standards and ensure product integrity, we follow a strict no-return policy.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
We strongly encourage customers to review their order carefully before checkout, including product details, sizes, and color selections.
Exchanges (Limited Cases Only)
We only offer exchanges under the following condition:
- The customer receives an incorrect size or color that differs from what was originally ordered, and
- The error is on our end

In such cases, the delivery cost shall be borne by the customer.
Exchange Guidelines
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof (images/video) of the issue must be provided
Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not entertain exchanges or claims in the following situations:
- Customer changes their mind after ordering
- Incorrect selection made by the customer (size, color, or variant)
- Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences
